Kaci has been involved in real estate for over 25 years, starting when a job relocation led her to rent out her townhouse. After extensive travel for decades as a network TV news producer, she was happy to stay local raising her kids. Since then, she has expanded her real estate work and increased her involvement in her neighborhood through education advocacy and volunteering.

Kaci decided to invest close to home and found a passion for buying and managing rental properties around South Philly. She appreciates the character and diversity of older rowhomes and loves the charm and community that can be found on smaller streets. Now, she’s grateful for the chance to help even more people find the perfect place.

Kaci lives with her two tweens and their Bichon, splitting time between South Philly and KOP. Daily, she shuttles her kids to their dance classes, and serves as the Assistant Costume Supervisor for the Voloshky School of Ukrainian Dance. Aside from work, you’ll find Kaci knitting too many scarves, trying to grow even more Swiss Chard than last season, training for the Philly 10k, and using silly voices to read children’s books to anyone who’ll listen.

Fun Fact: Kaci has been leading GMA’s national coverage of the Philadelphia Thanksgiving Day Parade for over 20 years.
