Kaci Crooks Vecchio

Kaci provides administrative support for the CCSJ Team, managing our transaction timelines. She helps to communicate the details and deadlines with everyone, all throughout your real estate journey. Kaci has LOTS of urgent organizing experience, having worked as a Technical Production Manager for CNN and Producer for Good Morning America.

Kaci found her love of real estate when she started buying and managing rental properties around South Philly. She appreciates the character and diversity of older rowhomes and loves the charm and community that can be found on smaller streets.

She lives with her two kids and their Bichon, splitting time between South Philly and King of Prussia. She spends time each day shuttling her kids to their dance classes, and serves as the Assistant Costume Supervisor for the Voloshky School of Ukrainian Dance. Aside from work, you’ll find Kaci knitting too many hats and scarves, trying to grow even more Swiss Chard than last season, training for the Philly 10k, and using silly voices to read children’s books to anyone who’ll listen.

Fun Fact: Kaci has been leading GMA’s national coverage of the Philadelphia Thanksgiving Day Parade for 20 years.
